Hi i would like to cancel the subscription after the 18 day free trial.

We ordered the introductory offer then immediately canceled subscription. My credit card was billed for three payments of 119.00 that I disputed and was told it was resolved. That was in 2015. Here it is three years later and I receive a call from a collection agency who is threatening a civil court case! We never received the products, we canceled within the allotted time, and was told it was resolved. This is just wrong. I will be filing a counter suit possibly a class action at this point.

Don’t try the trial unles you wish to pay almost $240 in follow up cost for more product. Sent them an email saying I did not wish any other product after the trial still took money out of my bank and bank says I gave the info so too bad out the cash and of course they do not return calls either
