Please read my comment above as regards to this bunch of crooks then i will tell you how i got my hard earned cash back.
First i called my bank customer services department and they were brilliant i told them about the scam and also that i had called this bunch of crooks on many occasions and was promised a full refund which never happened you must tell your bank you have called the scammers then your bank will open up a disputes case basicaly what my bank did was go directly to the scammers bank and spoke to them and as most banks dont want to be associated with this type of scamming there bank refunded all the money back to my bank account and i must say in record time as well.
so first and foremost give this way a go see how you get on its well worth a try.

Like most of the previous comments I too wish to cancel further supplies of these tablets and am returning the recently received order. I intend getting in touch with my bank and credit card to inform them of my decision.
