This is quite some claim but can it back up these claims with proof? The following review will look at this supplement in more detail to see what actual benefits are on offer, if any at all.

The Pro Shred website claims to offer its users the following benefits:

Whether these claims are accurate remains to be seen. We would need to look at the ingredients of this supplement before we could comment on how effective it is.
It is worth noting that these written claims are designed to entice you into signing up for the offer as quickly as possible, but I would recommend you look for a little proof before you rush into any decision.
Ingredients found in Pro Shred
Not only is there no product label available there is also very little ingredient information available at all.
There is brief mention of Carnosine, Beta Alanine and Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate being present but without knowing the amounts or whether there are any other ingredients used it is impossible to comment on how effective this supplement is.
For all we know it could contain trace amounts of these ingredients so no benefit could be offered, also it could contain potentially dangerous ingredients.
Unfortunately with very little ingredient information available there is no way of knowing what effect this will have on your body, whether good or bad.
Price of Pro Shred
The price of Pro Shred may come as a shock to you unless you take the time to read the terms and conditions of the trial offer.
When you first sign up to the offer you will be charged $4.95, which will cover the cost of shipping the 30 day supply.
What you may not realise though is that just 14 days later you will be charged again. This time the amount of $87.47.
Pro Shred works as an auto-ship program too. So if you fail to cancel the trial within these 14 days you will be enrolled on this program, which will subsequently send you monthly packages thereafter.
Is Pro Shred a scam?
There are serious doubts surrounding its claims, and it is overpriced.
My suggestion to you would be to look for an alternative that actually works and has proof of its claims.

If you want to boost your own muscle building efforts then it is probably best to avoid trial offers. Instead I would suggest taking a look at the Crazy Bulk website.

Buyers Beware !! Stay Away from this company. I ordered the trial offer not aware of the fact they would later charge my account for 170 dollars. Total ripoff !! Due to injuries, I was never able to use the trial offer. When I asked about returning the product, i was denied. They don’t take back product even sealed and never opened after 30 days. I’m sure they have product on their shelf that’s older than 30 days. Is the product only good for 30 days? I had it for 32 days. Bad Business !! I wouldn’t use or recommend doing business with this company to anyone.

Better Yet, Run, Stay Away !!
Straight scam! Billed over $160 for 2 bottles I never opened. Contacted them on 3 occasions after being told in July they were sending me an RMA to return the bottles. Found out this first lady had given me wrong / incomplete RMA info and nothing had been sent. Called back 2nd time and this lady gives me more RMA info which I use and just mail (because she says they don’t send a box but just include the RMA numbers on my package. I mail it through post office and put a USPS tracking number on it for delivery confirmation. Once it arrives in Henderson, NV it goes out to delivery and its reported by post office ‘BUSINESS IS CLOSED”. I call Pro Shred customer service a 3rd time and they say I was given WRONG ADDRESS to send return and told it should have been sent to St. Petersburg FL! i wait for a day to see what is going on and then finally try calling post office direct in Henderson for more info and go back to my post office to see if they can get more detail (not initially happy with their customer service either). Finally last week had my post office investigate further – they tell me the business is closed and that is under a FTC (Federal Trade Commission) investigation and that all packages that had been sent there are being held someplace and they may or may not be returned to senders. I’m so pissed I could scream. Probably will never get my money back.
They are terrible, I spoke with 3 different reps and a supervisor and no one is willing to refund my money. I also had 50 minute hold times. If a charge is pending, does anyone know if closing a bank account will do any good?
I also was unaware of the auto sign up. They offer a free 30 day trial. How can you know until the end of the 30 days if you want to continue? I accepted their free trial on 9/10. They then billed me for $87 on 9/23 and then again on 10/10. I had my Bank reverse both charges and have called Pro Shred twice and waited on line for awhile. Left call back numbers but still nothing. I received a box Saturday and it will be sent back today, Monday. The charges show reversed in my account. They are SOL if they think they can get any money out of me.
Update. Got through to Customer Care. After trying to argue that they would win in a dispute, and then trying to offer me a 30% return and then a 50% return, they did the right thing and cancelled everything. I confirmed that the correct Return address is the following
