Is the Pro Shred trial offer a scam?

Pro Shred

Pro Shred is a supplement available for trial that claims help you gain “lean ripped muscle” in “just weeks”.

This is quite some claim but can it back up these claims with proof? The following review will look at this supplement in more detail to see what actual benefits are on offer, if any at all.

We will also look to see if there are any of those hidden charges that trial offers like this are well known for.

Finally, we will conclude whether we believe the Pro Shred trial offer to be a good deal or not.

We do not endorse trial offers. Click here to see which product we recommend as an alternative.

Claimed benefits of Pro Shred

The Pro Shred website claims to offer its users the following benefits:

  • Gain muscle the safe way
  • Get amazing results
  • Increase your energy
  • Thermogenic fat shredder
  • Improve sexual performance
  • Guaranteed results

Whether these claims are accurate remains to be seen. We would need to look at the ingredients of this supplement before we could comment on how effective it is.

It is worth noting that these written claims are designed to entice you into signing up for the offer as quickly as possible, but I would recommend you look for a little proof before you rush into any decision.

Ingredients found in Pro Shred

Not only is there no product label available there is also very little ingredient information available at all.

There is brief mention of Carnosine, Beta Alanine and Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate being present but without knowing the amounts or whether there are any other ingredients used it is impossible to comment on how effective this supplement is.

For all we know it could contain trace amounts of these ingredients so no benefit could be offered, also it could contain potentially dangerous ingredients.

Unfortunately with very little ingredient information available there is no way of knowing what effect this will have on your body, whether good or bad.

Price of Pro Shred

The price of Pro Shred may come as a shock to you unless you take the time to read the terms and conditions of the trial offer.

When you first sign up to the offer you will be charged $4.95, which will cover the cost of shipping the 30 day supply.

What you may not realise though is that just 14 days later you will be charged again. This time the amount of $87.47.

Pro Shred works as an auto-ship program too. So if you fail to cancel the trial within these 14 days you will be enrolled on this program, which will subsequently send you monthly packages thereafter.

Is Pro Shred a scam?

There are serious doubts surrounding its claims, and it is overpriced.

My suggestion to you would be to look for an alternative that actually works and has proof of its claims.

As things stand we cannot recommend Pro Shred.

D-BalIf you want to boost your own muscle building efforts then it is probably best to avoid trial offers. Instead I would suggest taking a look at the Crazy Bulk website.

They have one particular supplement available that comes highly recommended, D-Bal.

This particular supplement has been created to mimic the benefits of the banned steroid Dianabol, yet this supplement is both legal and safe to use.

Using D-Bal will provide the following benefits:

  • Increased strength and muscle mass
  • Improved blood flow and oxygen retention

D-Bal is not available for trial, so no auto-shipping or hidden charges will be experienced.

  1. I ordered the product on March 2nd and was not concerned about 14 days thing so I was charged $94.90 again but the good thing is that had some issue with shipping that trial product and I never received it in 14 days so all my Money was refund.
They really make me loose weight without product LOL

  2. MARCH 3,2017 . I Ordered bullshit scam product not being familiar with this . i couldn’t even sleep when i realized i had been fooled . i pride myself in better judgement thinking this is an awesome offer .NOT!!! STRAIGHT UP SCAM!! I talked to 2 people with 2 different talk results . one who hung up on me after giving me a 20 number ” return’ CODE. another who assured me my account was cancelled after talking over her offer of 30% or ” one year” at 50% off. i told her i know she is trained to keep talking but i was not convinced. so she asked me if i had disputed this charge with my bank. after i mentioned that i talked to my bank. then she said ‘LET ME TALK TO MY SUPERVISOR! came back and said she was authorized to give me a full refund. i once again talked to my bank next day. explained to them that i was charged 87 dollars after 13 days not 14 and then charged again 87 and 79 dollars withing 25 days . my bank said they would refund mew my money and said they would investigate but doubted very much if that company would return any money! and that they did not follow any protecal with bank policies .. warn all your friends about never falling for ” free trial offers”..

  3. I ordered the trial also. I never agreed to or authorized any further shipments or payments, at least not to my knowledge. Today I saw my bank account was charged over $160 for two of the products. Tried to call the number on the bottle 844-537-2569, got a recording that no such account. Will call bank and State Attorney General’s office in the morning but doubt that will help.

THEY ARE A SCAM People like this should be taken out and given a severe beating

  4. After reading the comments here, I called the customer service number and got some guy, name unknown, and the connection seemed to fade in and out and break up throughout the entire call, made me wonder if he wasn’t just pushing some kind of a button to make this happen on purpose???. Spent the first 5 minutes playing the “hello…can you hear me…game ” Told him I wanted to cancel, he asked why, told him I couldn’t afford 89 bucks a month, he said he could give me a 25% discount for life and all the benefits of the product, told him no thanks I wanted to cancel, he said he’d give me 50% discount for life, told him I wanted to cancel, said he could do that and that I need to return the product or pay 19.95 for it, told him OK (not that I had any intention of paying them any money and why would I need to return a “free trial” I already paid shipping on?) and cancel this, he gave me a cancellation number of 395-742. I told him I wanted a confirmation email sent to me this was cancelled, he said he would send one, never came, called my credit card company and told them of this scam and I wanted a block put on my card for this company, credit card company said they would block them and I would not be charged. We shall see, if a charge does get through I will dispute with credit card company as this company here is a scam. Buyer Be Ware certainly applies here.

  5. I paid for the Trial shipping on 5/24/17, called back the next day after reading reviews about the extra charges and asked to cancel, and be refunded my shipping costs. They did try and sell you on the product for a discounted rate, which I said no, and they did refund my shipping cost on 5/26/17. I still received the product the next day, so I called back to ask for a shipping label to mail it back to them. I spoke with a very nice lady and they confirmed that I was already cancelled and said to keep the product. I asked if there would be any additional charges and they said no. I’m glad I read this review, now I get to try the product for free, without any shipping charges. I’m still going to be watching my credit card account in another 5 days once I hit the 14 day mark.
