This is quite some claim but can it back up these claims with proof? The following review will look at this supplement in more detail to see what actual benefits are on offer, if any at all.

The Pro Shred website claims to offer its users the following benefits:

Whether these claims are accurate remains to be seen. We would need to look at the ingredients of this supplement before we could comment on how effective it is.
It is worth noting that these written claims are designed to entice you into signing up for the offer as quickly as possible, but I would recommend you look for a little proof before you rush into any decision.
Ingredients found in Pro Shred
Not only is there no product label available there is also very little ingredient information available at all.
There is brief mention of Carnosine, Beta Alanine and Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate being present but without knowing the amounts or whether there are any other ingredients used it is impossible to comment on how effective this supplement is.
For all we know it could contain trace amounts of these ingredients so no benefit could be offered, also it could contain potentially dangerous ingredients.
Unfortunately with very little ingredient information available there is no way of knowing what effect this will have on your body, whether good or bad.
Price of Pro Shred
The price of Pro Shred may come as a shock to you unless you take the time to read the terms and conditions of the trial offer.
When you first sign up to the offer you will be charged $4.95, which will cover the cost of shipping the 30 day supply.
What you may not realise though is that just 14 days later you will be charged again. This time the amount of $87.47.
Pro Shred works as an auto-ship program too. So if you fail to cancel the trial within these 14 days you will be enrolled on this program, which will subsequently send you monthly packages thereafter.
Is Pro Shred a scam?
There are serious doubts surrounding its claims, and it is overpriced.
My suggestion to you would be to look for an alternative that actually works and has proof of its claims.

Alternative to Pro Shred
If you want to boost your own muscle building efforts then it is probably best to avoid trial offers. Instead I would suggest taking a look at the Crazy Bulk website.
They have one particular supplement available that comes highly recommended, D-Bal.

Complete ripoff. They charge you 14 days after they send you the 30 day free trial. It’s 87 dollars. I don’t think a single person would pay for that if they knew that beforehand. When I called to cancel they hung up on me. I had to dispute the ridiculous charges. Never again
I ordered a 14 day trial and after reading multiple negative reviews I called and cancelled. I called and cancelled the order 5 minutes there after. They gave me a cancellation number of 267490 and 267489 for both the Proshred and Antler Pro. I called again after receiving the cancellation number just to ensure the order was infact cancelled. Again, given the cancellation numbers listed above. Again, i called the morning after to verify my 14 day trial was cancelled. Again, gave me the cancellation numbers listed above.
Two days later I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. Tracking number 9400 1102 0088 3334 1444 96. I called again to let them know I received the product there after 3 phone calls to ensure it was in fact cancelled. I told them I wanted an RMA for the product I received so I will not be charged for the trial there after 14 days. They could not issue this nor could they even EMAIL of the cancellations nor void of the order. Voided confirmation number 67688080 and 67688072. What kind of company can’t send an email nor give an RMA??? Not to mention the representative HUNG UP ON ME.
If you order the 14 day trial don’t expect to ever return the product and not be charged. *****************************************BUYER BEWARE. ******************************************
I’m calling my credit card company to ensure they will never be able to access my account moving forward. I can not even believe this company is in business with such poor customer service and a system that won’t even send you an email of cancellation??? Sounds shady to me.
Let’s say I want to return the product – How would they even track the package coming pack without an RMA? Set up like this for a reason I’m sure. Terrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just canceled my order 7 days after I got it, it gave me diarrhea so I didn’t want to take it anymore she stated I would have to return it unused portion. I said no problem but she offered me a buyout of 19.95 one time offer and no return. I again stated that did not want it she said okay how about 35% off than it went to 45% followed by last offer of 55% off. I again ask her why would you offer me this product when I said it did not agree we me. Nothing she then had me on hold on and off again for nine minutes. I’m busy so I said what’s seems to be the problem and why so long to cancel something I don’t want. It caught her off guard and basically ended the conversation by saying I wouldn’t be charged for any upcoming orders and proceeded to give me a confirmation number which was exactly one number higher than my original order number. I called her out on that number. I said that’s strange that my cancellation number is one higher. Seems strange right. But I went with it. I am hoping no charges come I notified my Wells Fargo cc company that I would dispute any charges by them and I would cancel within 14 days. We shall see. I will post later if they don’t screw me. Company and all sites related to these guys are a scam. Was charged multiple times for nothing. Had to refute charges through bank and cancel my bank cards. I tried the PROSHRED for a month with no results. If you read reviews with positive feedback, look at the url because there’s a 100% chance it’s associated with the company. On their facebook ad it says nothing about charges, even after the trial but they charge and keep charging. Anyone associated with this racket should be imprisoned.
UNBELIEVABLE… This is a great site here, Ok, I ordered the free 30 day trial for 4.95 shipping and handling on Feb. 1, 2017.. I opened the bottle and took a pill with apple cider vinegar which was advertised to burn fat, long story short..I checked my bank statement today and lo and behold, there was another charge for 87 dollars and change posted to my account yesterday, the 16th. I immediately called, and thank GOD this site was available for a customer service #..
the first Rep was a woman who said she couldn’t immediately bring up my account due to a slow system, then when she finally did access my account and I stated I wanted a full refund and would return the product, she asked if the bottle was opened… I said of course, how does your company expect a client to see results if the product was never used??
then she went on to say, scripted of course, that due to strict guidelines, they cannot refund an opened product.. when I objected and said Im sorry, I just want to return the product and get a FULL refund for the $87.00, she started over talking me…I asked her why they would send a “FREE” 30 day trial and auto bill someone after 14 days…besides, no nutritional content on the bottle so who the f*#% knows what your ingesting, really??

I CALLED BACK, PISSED but got a male rep named Kevin, I VERY strongly repeated my objections and intercepted every one of his rebuttals, including an offer to refund me only 30% of the 87.00. He then placed me on a brief hold to see if he could get “special approval” to refund me 100%.. came back on the line with “great news”, stating he was able to get approval for the FULL REFUND. I asked him what his last name or initial was and address so I could send him a thank you card and a gift card for the Outback or something and he (pleading the 5th Amendment (VERBATIM) stated he couldnt give that info, not to worry about returning the product and I should see the full refund in 3 to 5 business days.
I used to work in a call center in sales for over 5 years selling medical alert devices and I sincerely felt sorry for this guy who’s just doing his job for a SCAM COMPANY..
my big question, why couldn’t the woman who took my first call handle this so efficiently?

this is a real f**king scamming Scam these guys are doing. they auto bill your account f**cking $87.47 a month. this is ridiculous. Its rather unfortunate all workers there are disrespectful and rude. NO ONE SHOULD FALL VICTIM TO THESE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.
I called immediately when I received the product just 3 days after placing the online order and decided to check it out and yes I know I should have done that prior to ordering, although once I did and saw the reviews and the additional money they charge your account I canceled the order. First the gentleman tried to convince me of how wonderful the product was and kept offering me an additional discount to continue the product usage, I continued to reiterate that I was canceling the order and that I didn’t want to be the charged the additional fee. He said I would have to return the product and I agreed and said I would comply he then finally agreed to cancel the account and gave me a confirmation number. When I asked about returning the product he said to go ahead and keep it. I hope that this will be the end of it and there will not be any further actions required but to the rest of you PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY don’t order in the first place.
I was not aware of the $87 charge if you did not cancel your order after being persistent and being hung up on 5 times I finally had enough and said if this was not taken care of I would take care of it in small claims court. Needless to say this worked and I received my refund.
Against my better judgement I order this product and did my research later. As stated in other reviews exactly 14 days later I was charged 87.47. Didn’t expect that. This charge becomes recurring monthly unless you cancel. It’s in the disclaimer on the very last paragraph. You know, that long endless bunch of bull that nobody reads. Big scam. Never again.
