Is the Alpha Max trial a scam?

Alpha Max is a supplement that when used as part of your workout routine can help “deliver mind-blowing results” apparently.

How does it work though and can we believe its impressive sounding claims?

We can immediately see that Alpha Max is available for trial, but does that mean that it should be avoided? From past experience we know that trial offers often have hidden charges.

In the following review we will discover for ourselves whether this offer is as good as it first appears. Read on to discover the truth for yourselves.

We do not endorse trial offers. Click here to see which product we recommend as an alternative.

Claimed benefits of Alpha Max

Alpha Max claims to offer the following benefits to its users:

  • Boost free testosterone by up to 140%
  • Increase energy levels by 283%
  • Increase libido by 66%

To be honest these claims are incredibly impressive sounding. I would be wary however of any claims that involve percentages however, especially when there does not seem to be any proof of where they came from.

Claims are easy to write but more difficult to back up with proof. This is why it is often better to ignore them and to look at other aspects, for example the ingredients used.

Doing so will give you a better idea of just what effect Alpha Max will have on your body.

Ingredients found in Alpha Max

Alpha Max has not only listed a few of its ingredients, but also has a label available to view too.

This is good as it allows us to see exactly what benefits can be experienced.

Two ingredients that caught my eye were Tongkat Ali and Horny Goat Weed Extract, as both have been shown to be beneficial for those looking to gain strength and muscle mass.

I can certainly see some benefit to using this particular supplement. Whether we would recommend it or not remains to be seen, as we still need to look at how much it is going to cost.

Cost of Alpha Max

If you are impressed with the claims and ingredients of Alpha Max you maybe tempted to sign up immediately, however as with any trial offer I suggest you take a minute to read through the terms and conditions of the offer.

Otherwise if you do not, then how will you know exactly what it is you are signing up for?

The T&Cs of Alpha Max state that when you first sign up there will be a $2.95 shipping charge as well as a $1.99 insurance charge, which seems ok.

What is not ok is the fact that just 14 days after you sign up you will be charged again, this time $88.92.

If you had read the T&Cs as suggested you will also see that Alpha Max operates as an auto-ship program. So you will continue to receive further deliveries of this supplement until you are able to cancel your membership to the scheme.

Is Alpha Max a scam?

If it were not for the high price of this product then we would certainly consider recommending it.

However, as things stand it is overpriced. There are plenty of more cost effective alternatives available. I suggest you look in to buying one of them.

How to cancel the trial?

As well as being able to cancel the trial on the Alpha Max website, you could also try contacting them using the following information:

Phone: 1-800-652-0596
Email: [email protected]

D-BalIf you wish to boost your own training efforts through the use of a supplement but are put off by the high price of Alpha Max then I would suggest that you take a look at D-Bal instead.

This particular supplement is sold online with no trial offer from the Crazy Bulk website. A website that sells a number of products that have been created to mimic some of the most popular steroids available.

D-Bal for example was created to mimic the benefits of Dianabol, yet it is free of side effects and completely legal too.

Users of D-Bal have experienced:

  • Increased muscle and strength
  • Faster than normal results
  • Improved nitrogen retention and blood flow

As stated, D-Bal is not available for trial, so there are no hidden or repeat charges.

  1. I live on disibilty income of $435.00 a month.i order one trial bottle of alphaMax to only pay S/H they sent two bottles the second was something i didn’ even order.they stole all the money left on my Mastercard. Mastercard said there gonna get my money back doing disabled people or anybody the way they do.now im having. To get a new card so the theveing son of bitches can’t have my #!

    1. TO WILLIAM BLOEDOW: I have been through the exact same thing (misrepresentation, my failure to read “the fine print” the auto reorder scam, ALL OF THESE.)
Here is the best piece of advice for getting all of your money back. Get in touch with a company called
“CARD MEMBER SERVICES” while you file a dispute of the charges through your bank and the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase. Try to provide them with as much info you can remember or any paperwork generated by the purchase. It might seem like a lot of hoops to jump through, but in the end chances are good that your money will be returned. Good luck!

  2. I thought I read all the fine print but they claim I didn’t. I cancelled the account and when I didn’t receive a refund in 2 weeks I called back. I was told the $170. charge was for the initial trial bottles. After much arguing over the phone they said they would refund 30% but I haven’t seen ANY refund on my account.

  3. Don’t order from Alpha Max….it is a sneaky website offering a 30 day trial for the price of shipping and handling and then adds another bottle of some other pills for the shipping and handling fee and never mentions the monthly subscription and then one month later get charged 89.37 and 85.97 for each type of the pills and another monthly subscription and when you call to cancel they will only offer you 50 percent of your money back for something you never authorized to begin with. My Card Member Services for my credit card is helping with the dispute of these unauthorized charges to my card.

  4. I have tried cancelling and can’t get any answer from both numbers I have. I also didn’t see that they would charge my account for 89.00 per month so my next step is stop payment at the bank. Cause it hasn’t hit yet .I also need to stop my auto ship their not answering I sat on hold for 2hrs. Called back put on hold again. The number on their sight has been disconnected. So they leave you out in no man’s land so they can keep charging you month after month. Very upset.
