My two-minute chocolate truffles are a delicious and healthy snack for the holiday season. They are the perfect dessert to fulfill your sweet cravings and not feel guilty about.
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
½ banana
½ cup mixed nuts (try almond, cashew, macadamia, Brazil, etc.)
¼ cup coconut shreds
¼ tsp. vanilla
2 dates
1 to 2 tsp. coconut oil
Dash sea salt, cinnamon, and ginger
place everything in the food processor and process until combined.
Form into small balls and freeze for about 15 minutes to set. Enjoy!
