Louise Rogers is a British IFBB Pro Figure competitor, personal trainer and fitness model. Here is a little background information on her along with some of her best images.
She started to visit the gym aged 21 while attending university. Although she didn’t take it as seriously as she could.
“Simply going along and spending time on the stepper whilst my sister did her workout.”
After finishing her studies, Louise began working at a powerlifting gym where she was told that she was performing too much cardio. She was advised instead to incorporate more strength training instead.
It wasn’t until 8 years later that she decided to test herself against other female athletes, competing in her first bikini contest; the UKBFF local regional qualifier in Portsmouth.
Incredibly she would win her first 3 contests (including the IFBB British Championship in 2008), before earning her pro card after finishing fifth at the 2009 IFBB World Championship, held in Lake Como Italy.
After earning her pro card, Louise was able to compete at elite shows around the globe. Some of these events included the IFBB New York Pro, 2012 Arnold Classic Europe, 2015 Bodypower Pro, and 2015 Toronto Pro Supershow.
While she has not won any of these events, she has finished a respectable third in a few, including the 2014 and 2015 Bodypower Pro.
Nowadays Louise spends the majority of her time working as a personal trainer and fitness model.
