Jeff Seid is a bodybuilder and fitness model, who following an unforeseen injury was forced into bodybuilding.
Originally set for a career in American football, the All-American wrestling champion, injured himself in his first senior football game.
After injuring his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), his dreams of becoming a football star were over. His motivation dropped, but having discovered bodybuilding his confidence quickly grew.
“I was depressed for a short period of time after the surgery. But I knew just dwelling on it wasn’t going to do any good for me, so I just told myself shit happens and planned a new future for myself.”
With this newly found motivation, Jeff started to take his training seriously, not just focusing on his training in an effort to pick up girls.
Even with further injuries this did not derail his efforts and soon Jeff at the age of 19 became America’s youngest professional competitive bodybuilder in the history of the IFBB league.
Below you can find some of his best images, perhaps they will serve to motivate you into achieving your own dream body.
