👋 Hi! Tell us about yourself and your training

Hi! I’m Rammy Andrei, I’m 28 years old, I’m from Romania and I live in Bucharest. I own a business with a friend of mine, we run a barber shop by day time and outside of my job I’m focusing 100% on my fitness/bodybuilding life and my own goals. I wanna start a new project, which is to open a new brand gym in a few years and to expand myself to entire world.

First time when I’ve entered a gym was at my age of 15. At the time, everything was so strange and new for me, but after the first pump the feeling was incredible. I fell in love — I can say that with a feeling.

Before bodybuilding, I did karate for five years, however, I didn’t finish with all my exams and I was not able to take the rest of the belts and grades because I had some fighting problems with some college of mine and that’s how karate, unfortunately, ended for me.

I had many hobbies and passions, but I hadn’t time for them anymore.

I’m sponsored by Warrior Labs and Prohormones.eu, they found me and contact me online, I’m with them for almost a year and everything has been great.

The great thing that I like about bodybuilding is that line that you cross year after year and progressing, I love it when I see the evolution of my hard work through my own body. And the most other thing that I love so much about bodybuilding is the shredding period.

⏱ Describe a typical day of training

My favourite day is chest day, who doesn’t love it?

My day is so full and awesome, I have a great program! It’s very simple for me. The only thing that I have to take care is time because I have to be careful at every move that I make in order to be right on schedule.

I wake up every morning at 5:00 to do my cardio session on an empty stomach. After that, I start my meal plan by making my first meal to eat fast, to be right on time, and then eat the other meals for the rest of the day.

I have to eat six meals/day. At middle of the day, I go to the gym (just once a day), and I do have a rest day only, which is a Sunday during off-season. When I’m in prep, I’d go twice a day, every day.

For many years, I’ve tried specific programs and did many experiments on me, until this year when I really found out my own diet, which is the 1:1 and it has been so great!

In off-season, I’m trying to stay lean as much as possible. I eat good carbs but I eat them exactly how I have them listed, and I cycle them in three days: High-middle-low. (My diet program is my work so I can’t list it on the Internet.)

I have to say that I don’t like to train with someone when I’m in prep, because I have to be alone, like I need my own space and time of training and to do what I have to do. Believe me I’m very strict with everything.

My favourite day is chest day, who doesn’t love it? And when it’s chest day, you can add and a li’l bit of shoulders, right? My favorite exercise is incline chest machine and shoulders fly machine.

👊 How do you keep going and push harder?

It’s normal to have feelings and to be low in some days, but everytime when I feel unmotivated, I remember that I have a goal, a dream and I have to get where I want and there are no excuses for that.

Even if I’m low battery that day, I’m going through the final with the workout, I’m not giving it up, even if it takes me two hours of session.

Every day I tell myself that I’m going to get up there, no matter how many times I fall or how many years could take, I will try and try until my last drop!

That’s my secret, I’m motivating myself, I’m telling myself that you know what you have to do, you just need time and patience.

That’s how I went through the biggest challenge in my life, I wasn’t able to do anymore bodybuilding because financially I was down, but day by day, I was looking to solve the problem and get up again until I did it!

🏆 How are you doing today and what does the future look like?

This is the most beautiful sport I’ve ever seen.

At present, I’m focusing on another bulking mode, I need more progress on my back and shoulders, and I hope when summer 2020 comes, I’m ready.

My dream and goals are to get a pro card and try to inspire others to follow the same dream. I wanna expand myself on the entire world. My motivation is too big that I can’t have it just for myself, I wanna give it to everyone!

Bodybuilding is a very hard and selfish sport and it needs many sacrifices. At the moment, I need to make my career and then I’ll probably start a family. I wanna offer them everything but for now I can’t do that.

This is the most beautiful sport I’ve ever seen. If I start over again from a young age, I will do the same thing with no regrets and I won’t change anything.

🤕 How do you recover, rest and handle injuries?

After workout, I’m taking my regular stuff, post-workout supplements like EAA, Glutamine, Chrome, Omega 3-6-9 (the last two I’ve go them from the pharmacy), then go straight home, eat my next meal within 20 minutes after workout and then I take a nap about two hours, after that I’m ok and recovered.

I have 13 years of gym, but only four years of real bodybuilding and in these many years, I’ve never experienced injuries or other stuff like this, because I’m very careful with my training mode, I always was careful in off-season and in prep much more than usual.

I try to maintain my six to eight hours of sleep/night, more than six I can’t sleep, so that’s why I’d usually take a nap in the middle of day.

🍎 How is your diet and what supplements do you use?

My favorite and ideal cheat meals are pizza or burger.

Many years, I was searching for the perfect diet, year after year I was experimenting and improving my diet until today and so on. Now I have my own specific diet, with all my macros calculated, calories and plenty of water.

My target per day in off-season is to intake: 250 g of protein, 450 – 300 – 150 g of carbs and 90 g of fats (good fats).

When I’m going in prep, I’m cutting slowly carbs and going progressive with everything. My intake macros per day are: 300 g of protein, 200 g – 100g of carbs and 72 g of fats.

In off-season, I eat like I said up there, and when I’m right on track I’m giving myself a cheat meal before back/legs session. One meal at two weeks/four weeks depends on how far my progress is. My favorite and ideal cheat meals are pizza or burger.

The same thing in prep, when I’m to flat very dry and much more in front then my schedule, I’m giving my body a refuel with pizza of course before legs workout, because I’m getting to that point where I’m refueling my body to get all the energy that I need. With 2-3 hours before. My body will be able to use all the carbs that I have been take in to power an awesome workout.

My stack of supplements that I use are: Warrior Lab Whey, creatine, FitMax Arginine, Warrior Labs Kamikadze Extreme Pump Pre-Workout, Weider whey casein, Warrior Labs BCAA, Warrior Labs EAA, Cellucor glutamine, C vitamin, potassium gluconate, zinc, magnesium, vitamins and minerals, nac, maca, gaba, carnitine, chromium, omega 3-6-9, spirulina, probiotics, digestive enzymes, melatonin, ZMB these I buy them from a pharmacy nearby me.

This year is very different for me as I’m trying to stay lean as very much as possible, but at the same time to maintain my fat percentage in order to progress with my new goals. If I stay at 10% body fat, I can progress.

👍 What has inspired and motivated you?

I think I was inspired and motivated from the moment I stepped in the gym door.

I think I was inspired and motivated from the moment I stepped in the gym door. I knew I had something to do with this thing, I felt something strong about it, but I wasn’t sure until now.

I don’t really have an idol or someone who inspired me so much to get here. I have my own motivation since I was a kid, I’m very motivated to do everything, and many things to the bottom!

Many people are saying to me very often: “You can’t do that!” and inside me, my voice is yelling so loud: “Yeah? Ok bro, sit down and watch me how I’ll do it!!!”

The best advice that has been given to me was from the same people like me, the same people who had the same life, struggles and sacrifices. They told me: “Kid, no matter how hard it is or it gets, don’t give up! You’re doing the right thing, keep grinding until you get there!”

✏️ Advice for other people who want to improve themselves?

If you are new and want to improve yourself better and learn much more than you are and you know, from my experience, pay a very good professional guy and you will not be sorry.

The strangest thing that I’ve seen in a gym was a couple of years ago when I was doing chest and the power went off and I was in the middle of my set with 300 lbs, my luck was that I wasn’t alone, I had a friend of mine in my back.

🤝 Are you taking on clients right now?

Yes, I have a few clients of mine, at the moment just online. I’m taking regular people and also bodybuilders. I’m a very serious person when I start a collab with someone and I need the same trade in order to get a good result for everyone.

Everyone asks me often: “How fast can I lose weight?” or “Can I lose fat only on my abs zone?” or “How fast can I gain muscles?”. I tried to explain them every thing side by side and to understand that they need to hustle, work hard and be patient, only with these “weapons” you can achieve these kind of results, in time, not over night!

📝 Where can we learn more about you?
