How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I was an 18 year old professional track and field athlete. I got my second huge back injury (16 weeks at the hospital, I was not able to walk a couple months after that) when I was 27.
The doctors in Europe and USA said that “sports isn’t possible for me anymore …“, this was my motivation “never say never, everything is possible” and I showed them that I can do it again, but in another sport!
Where does your motivation come from?
From my mind. I want to be number 1 at the world and I will do it soon!
What workout routine has worked best for you?
I change my training routine each 4 weeks, depends on how I look!
What is your diet like?
My diet change depends on my training routine and how I look!
How does your training and diet evolve as you get closer to a competition?
It is never the same! Everything changes, it depends how I look for those periods!
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without and how do you handle food cravings?
I love chocolate, but I want to see myself on the top of my division! That’s why I stay away.
What supplements do you use?
- Whey protein
- Omega
- Multivitamins
- Minerals
