Of course compound exercises like the bench press, squat and deadlift are good more working multiple muscle groups, but if you have time you could also incorporate other exercises to isolate them even further.
The following graphic shows some of the best exercises to target each muscle group. Perhaps incorporate a few of these into your next workout and see the rewards.
Please feel free to use this graphic on your own website using the code below:

You need to make it so it can be expanded! Can’t read it!
Hi. What are you browsing the website with. The graphic is quite large..?
I’m trying to view it on my iPhone, can’t expand.
Ok, it should be able to expand now. 🙂
I like this!
Do you have examples of the exercises you suggest? I’m not familiar with the names of some of the exercises
Not at the present time unfortunately. It is on the “to do list”. 🙂
Follow up to what Jackie stated .. it would be very helpful if there was some way to have an explanation of the exercises you mentioned … such as: Romanian Deadlift ?, Superman ?, Skull Crushers ?, etc etc Thanks ..
Ok, will add this to the “to do list”. 🙂
Yes please tell me how I can expand it on my iPhone and can’t wait till you give illustrations of the exercises you mentioned
You should be able to expand it just by clicking on it.
How many reps of each?
Personally I would aim for a rep range of between 6 and 10.
Great job
